The attached documents provide a parent or reading coach with a method for assessing where a student’s current reading skill level relative to establishing the correct starting point in the Startup Reading Online program.
The first assessment guideline provides an overview of the process and the two pages that will be used in the assessment. A parent can administer the assessment, watch the assessment video their child responding to the assessment pages, or can schedule an online assessment by one of our reading teachers.
