Shipping is provided via USPS Ground, 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail and Overnight Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 2–5 business days but is not guaranteed in that timeframe. Also allow 1–2 days for processing.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed from StartupReading.com are shipped within 1-2 business days.
What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time. All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary by carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination.
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
- USPS 1st Class Mail: for single Startup Reading books, 2-5 business days
- USPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method): 3-14 business days

How much is shipping for Startup Reading books and how are charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary depending on the chosen service, the weight and size of the shipment. Customers can calculate the actual shipping charge after placing all items into the shopping cart.
Items purchased are priced per book and vary based on the method you select.
- Standard Shipping $3.95 per book. 4-14 business days delivery estimate
- Priority Shipping $7.75 for first 2 books, $15.05 for 3 to 12 books, 3-5 business days delivery estimate
Will all my books come together in one package?
We may fulfill your order at different times from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.
You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.
What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Will I get an email confirmation?
After you place an order with Bookstores.com, we email you with pertinent information about your order’s status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order’s status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records. To ensure you get all email communications you should “white list” us in your address book (@StartupReading.com).

APO/FPO Guidelines
We are proud to provide reliable shipping to APO/FPO addresses. All orders bound for an APO/FPO address will be sent using Priority Mail. This speeds up overseas delivery times and minimizes shipping costs. USPS does not provide tracking for APO/FPO shipments.
When entering your order information, be sure to enter APO/FPO in the “City” field, then select the appropriate two-letter code from the drop-down box in the “State” field. An example of how a correct address should appear is located below.
