Jim Connor has supported educational applications as an investor and is responsible for the direction of Startup Reading. Jim has demonstrated a long-term interest in supporting reading as the most essential skill for all young students. Jim initiated the digital development of reading lessons based on a one-to-one teacher-student relationship and worked with the team to produce the majority of the digital lessons in the reading library.

Vivian Mendoza has 20+ years as a reading teacher. Vivian has been the team leader in the design, structure, and testing of the digital reading lessons as well as the student workbooks synchronized with the digital lessons. Vivian has a series of accomplishments focusing on improving course strength and modernizing instruction with a fresh and forward-thinking approach to education. She integrates traditional and contemporary approaches, instructional strategies, and teaching leadership into the program.

Punitma Malhotra is a seasoned professional with strong technical and entrepreneurial experience with over 23 years of experience in the Design and Development of Software System. In addition to developing and supporting the delivery of digital reading lessons, Punitma been a lead contributor in the architecture, design, and implementation of Content Delivery Networks (CDN).

Sean Cho has 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific business development and has been a consultant for cross-border licensing agreements. Sean has established educational partners in the Republic of Korea and works with non-profit educational providers.

Donna Davies is a teacher and author, she wrote the original stories and comprehension exercises in the student coursebooks designed for kindergarten through 5th grade. Donna has taught Creative Writing classes for 3rd through 7th-grade classes and a series of Creative Writing Camps. She has a wide range of educational experience including tutoring disadvantaged children in the elementary and middle school years.

Dr. Susan Walsh is an entrepreneur, business advisor, author, teacher, and literacy advocate. She spent over three decades managing information and technology resources and has extensive experience in accreditation and strategic planning. Her business, WCW Solutions, Inc., works with non-profit, educational, and government institutions providing community engagement, policy review, strategic planning, and other services.
